Biography
Chihiro Otsuka is a Japanese artist based in Berlin.
Her practice contains conceptual elements, and expresses its curiosity, using photographic documentation as well as other mediums such as painting, installation and performance. The work attempts to visualize the fact that life in the form of air is in fact something that has been repressed, transformed and relegated. Her work frequently embodies human reminiscence and blurs the boundaries between the intimate and the public.
